1.1 Stonehill Pharmacy- here on referred to as “we/the company/us” collect your personal information when you become our in-store customer or use our website, WhatsApp line, via telecommunication or if you send us your information via Facebook for enquiry.

1.2 When we attain your personal information, you agree to this Policy, and give us permission/as well as our service providers and other third parties to process and store your information

1.3 Personal Information, in terms of the Protection of Personal Information Act, 4 of 2013 (“POPIA”), means “information relating to an identifiable, living, natural person, and where it is applicable, an identifiable, existing juristic person”.
